We've got a ton of new people and plenty of new relationships to form! Plot, plan, cackle deviously, or cry loudly into your hands about what's to come! The mods are working on getting some more fun plots going, but we can't neglect the fun friendships that can come before that! So comment here to get the ball rolling. We've even got a fun copypasta that you can use as a fill-in or an outline- whatever you want to do. <b>Character Name:</b> I'm not explaining this one. Looking For: Any CR is good CR for Gale. A couple of people he really liked were dropped so he could go for new buddies, whether they be snark buddies, bounty buddies, After Life employees, one-night stands/FWBs or negative CR of some kind.
Hell no: Just skipping out on situations that would kill him or might cause him to lose any limbs. Any kind of 'torture' on Gale is very situational and I dunno what I'd be cool with there so that'd be open for discussion at least.
Other: I've been toying with the idea of Gale opening another nightclub in Genessia City (Or Everglade. jk. could you even imagine.) so there's that to ponder on I guess? Also I'd love to see him get some situation where he can pull out his alter-ego "Kharon" for recon or something at some point. Otherwise Gale is just here. Being Gale.


Character Name: Blaze | ghostofrazgriz
Looking For: Any kind, but especially friends or people he can work with in some way. Blaze works best in a team! People that would drag him out to have fun once in a while would be good too, since he kind of became a workaholic once he became Attleton's Guardian. Negative CR is fine too though!
Hell no: Anything to get Blaze killed and no kinds of torture. Blaze already went through a lot in his canon, and I'd rather avoid situations that could break him in some way. :c
Other: Blaze is in a rut, so he needs something to get him out of it. I have a post planned for him for November 29 since that was the date of a major canon event that'll still rattle him, but that's about it.

Looking For: Any kind of CR. No really, just any kind. Bonus points if someone can successfully get him to bust out his singing and awesome dance moves that he learned with his sister.
Hell no: No death or torture. The usual.
Other: I've been a bit on the fence about keeping Caeli here (only due to RL reasons) but I'm still trying to keep ahold of him. One ability that Caeli has canonly are occasional prophetic dreams, so that could lead to a CR possibility maybe if anyone wanted to do something with it?

Character Name: Joan of Arcanine
Looking For: I'm always up for new CR. At this time, Jaune isn't very trusting or willing to open up if he hasn't already established a strong, positive relationship with someone. So new friendships are unlikely, but that doesn't mean he can't interact with your characters! Jaune still has his dorky side, it's just more subdued now, but we can still do fun threads without characters being best friends. I'd love for Jaune to continue to be challenged as he grows as a person and tries moving forward. Also confrontational CR or even neutral CR. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with the CR he has already and want to continue it.
Hell no: Ask me first about torture or death. I'm not adverse to having him triggered, but as a warning in case you're uncomfortable with it he is still dealing with the aftermath of Battler and Volume 3. If your character intentionally brings either of those situations up, it's not necessarily going to be followed by a calm and rational conversation. Events have consequences, and I intend to play out those consequences.

Character Name: Theodore Satchel (Ted)
Looking For: Villains to fight, people to teach him/give him stuff, converts/fellow believers, good guys to quest with, and all the other elements of The Hero's Journey. Just about any CR will do, but anything to do with TAROT HIJINX (i.e. embodying some aspect of a Major Trump) is the best.
Hell no: Nothing grimdark for its own sake. But I'm up for most stuff, and it's cook to ask if you're not sure.
Other: He's pretty moralistic, likes to talk a lot, and is interested in just about everything, so have at it. On the flipside, this means that if your character is on the neutral or evil side of the spectrum, he probably won't like them much unless they do him a favor/prove themselves in some way.

Character Name: Puscrunch
Looking For: PC is a tempter and he wants to make people evil. Well, more evil. His schtick is that he hangs around your character and, when an opportunity arises that has anything to do with good and evil, makes his suggestions. He has about two active patients now.
Hell no: If your character is already going to hell in a hand-basket, he won't bother. You don't get points for that!

Character Name: Smithy
Looking For: Towns to terrorize and good guys to stop him. He could use suppliers to get raw materials, or people to handle getting his weapons out into the real world if he does it from a subarch. Logistics stuff, but on the whole he won't get along with other villains much, so bring on the good guys!
Hell no: He is, despite everything, an E-rated bad guy, so nothing too mature, either from good guys or bad guys. Keep the violence...cartoon, I guess?

Looking For: I want CR. I wanted to give you something massive, and frankly unnecessary here; Arro is someone that can be as deep as needed because he wants to know everything, or he can just be that guy that really loves books and flirts with everyone. I welcome all CR--with the caveat that even negative CR must give him something to learn about the other character. I also welcome romance, but it will be a lot of effort on the other character's part if they want an actual "relationship" (Defined in the Earth Human terms of two people in a monogamous state) with him; they're literally going to have to tell him what they want because he will never offer any defined terms on what they have.

I also welcome more jobs for him! I especially would like players looking for people that have jobs relating to books, science, or magic to contact him as he can fill teaching roles and I would enjoy the banter.


Hell no: Anything that kills him, and...ironically; your character. I mean, accidents happen, and I do even welcome when he has deep enough CR someone that starts abusing his friends--that might incite enough for him to want to kill, but I don't need it. I'd also like to avoid negative CR that doesn't promote anything; Arro will antagonize people to learn about them if he has no other means, but that's after he's exhausted all other attempts to learn about the other character, save a few circumstances, please talk to me about it~


Other: This is a global warning; I'm pretty slow at times. I was doing well, and then RL drama happened around the time the Halloween Event started and I've just not quite gotten back up going again. As for Arro? Please, ask me anything you want to know.



Character Name: Sync the Tempest

Looking For: Ways for Sync to socialize. Obviously this will take effort on my part too, but basically Sync is a teen that didn't get a childhood and is looking at this as a very literal second chance to live a life that isn't in someone's shadow. Unless you know this canon then I am so down for dealing with 'siblings'.

I don't know about specific CR; he's a bratty teen that knows how to fight, so I don't mind negative CR as long as one doesn't mind him getting lippy. I also definitely would like to see him grow, gain hobbies, and maybe even have some awkward teen crushes.

Hell no: Don't try to embroil Sync into plots to "return home" because he died in his canon, and just wants no part of going back. He hates his home utterly anyway. Also please no death unless we're talking extremely long plotlines.

Other: I was going to work on a plot about "why the mask" since people keep asking, but that was primarily dependent on a castmate that dropped so I'm struggling on what to do/if I should do anything with it.

Well now that just won't stand. Ibuki would definitely want to help him to fix that. She also totally gets the "why would I want to leave, I'm not dead here" so that would be a possible something for closer bonding if they get that far.

Looking For: More people for him to trust because he found after being Guardian for this long trusting people is not an easy thing, more so when people close to him keep leaving. Hard to get close to people when he knows they'll just leave him. The trust thing is also for those who might want to be Guardian of Everglade next month. If he don't trust you enough he will put himself up again.

That's most of the CR I want, him building up a comfort zone where he isn't wondering when people are going to leave the moment he gets close to them.

Hell no: Death without planning obvious this is literally the only thing I say no to... unless of course it's planned as I mentioned.

Looking For: More friends, more people that can get her that little bit more out of her shell and to know when she might over do something. Also someone she can get close to, might be in a intimate way might not be, but I would like her to be at least close to someone.

Character Name: Yugi Mutou
Looking For: Friends that he can help, friends he can trust and friends to help stop him from doing dumb things. He knows he has a limit he has admitted as such, but he might still want to try. On the upside he can now walk again as his leg is pretty much healed fully at this point, so he can do things he might not have been able to do a few months ago.

Also I am always for crushes from this guys side because...he never gets a break when it comes to that.
Hell no: Torture and death fully for this one... he's been through both at least once here and doing so again might be a major trigger for him even though he is getting the help he needs.

Other: I am trying to do a plot with Icy trying to take over a city and offering up part of the Dragon Flame to evil characters who want to do the same. Dunno when I can get it to happen (If we don't have a plot for Christmas I really want to put it there, so then we can all say Icy ruined Christmas) but when it does happen I'll do a anon post with her asking who might be interested.

Looking For: Between me being a bit stagnant and a handful of recently dropped CR, Jefferson really needs some new folks to chill with. I'm open to just about anything in this front, but positive CR is what I'm leaning toward for the moment. He's not close to too many people at the moment and is honestly a bit on the paranoid side due to A Lot of Stuff™ (hi Battler), but at the same time he's kind of hopelessly curious and likes to know what's going on so stuff can for sure happen yo. It would be cool to get some CR with people closer to his age but I'm chill for whatever.

Looking For: oKAY so I still need to do his intro but. I am open to anything. Ji-Hae is a hella secretive and and all around shady dude but he's accustomed to pretending to get along with people so CR wouldn't be all that hard. Friends, enemies, frenemies, I want it all. He's fun if you've got a character that likes a good mystery in human form. Or just someone to endlessly banter with. He'll probably also flirt with you if you're at least twenty FYI JSYK. It takes him a while to be anything beyond superficial with people until he's really sure they're worth trusting. After that he's kind of a nice dude. Kinda. Ships won't work unless you are ready to sit down for a long slow burn, but I'm open to them!

Looking For: Someone make her stop being married to her work, seriously. With Tony and Airy gone, she's been primarily focusing on her work and nothing but that. Things have felt really weird not having them around. Since then, she's been splitting her time between her Deputy Guardian duties, her time at the Trade Academy, and then with Stark Mechanics.

Also, maybe superhero shenanigans? She hasn't donned her Protector getup in a while.
Hell no: No killing. Also, I'd prefer her Protector identity to remain a secret. She's grown used to having an alter ego, so to have that be revealed would be pretty devastating.

Looking For: Armin just generally needs more CR/ more friends. I haven't been very present in the game recently, and most of his CR isn't around anymore. More particularly, both Eren and Mikasa just dropped, so there goes the people he'd usually spend 90% of his time with. Plus, he'll be pretty devastated in the wake of their disappearance and will likely need more support than he has.

More specifically, bring on the trolls. She has her unique ways of dealing with trolls (if only because she doesn't realize she's being trolled half the time.) So I'd like to see if there's anyone out there capable of successfully trolling her.

I'd also like to do something with her deputy Guardian status. Despite the fact that she lacks special abilities, she's still determine to do her job. So she attempts civil conversations with the villain characters to try to learn their plans. I'm also open to the idea of her getting in trouble because of that. Or if she can protect civilians from a villain without fighting them, that would be fun to play out as well.

Hell no: While I'm open to a lot of things, I draw the line at getting her killed.

Character Name: Liora
Looking For: More CR. More friends, or more people to terrorize her. Ted has told her that Azalea is dead, so someone needs to set her straight on that. And then she'll have to confront Ted about lying to her.

Also, thanks to NaNoWriMo, I'm trying to write out her story as much as I can throughout the month. Which means she'll be due for a canon update in December. I don't want to give away too much, but something terrible will happen to her home and to her clan (you can thank Erebus for that). She'll feel immensely guilty as a result, because she feels that she wasted the opportunity to stop it when she had the chance. So she'll be emotional and will need some comfort... and hugs and cuddles if your character is so inclined.

Even before the canon update, she'll feel inclined to try to stop terrible things from happening if she can... even more so after the update. Unfortunately, the update will not include an increase in her power. At least not this time.
Hell no: No serious injury or death.

Character Name: I. Buki. Mio. Da. Put it together and what do you get? Ibuki Mioda! (creative)
Looking For: More friends are always good. Ibuki isn't a big fan of too much alone time so she's pretty easy to make friends with. Need someone to drag your shyer/more cautious character into shenanigans? Ibuki's your girl. Conversely, she's pretty tough to make enemies with but that isn't to say negative CR is impossible. Ibuki can be a little full-on for some people, after all. Just that there won't be a lot from Ibuki's side because she'd rather focus on who and what she does like so she's not someone to fall easily into fighting with people.

On the career side, fellow celebrities are good and while she's not exactly agent material, Ibuki is also happy to take fledgling musicians under her wing and promote them. Or employ actors/models for her promotional work. Musical rivals are also possible, because Ibuki is always game for friendly competition.

I'm also game for Ibuki getting into more plotty things. She's not the sharpest tool in the box but she can be pretty smart sometimes, and conversely her tendency to act before thinking means she can stumble into trouble without meaning to. So there's that option.

Hell no: I think the only things I'm super against doing are anything involving messing with memories (since her memory has already been tampered with), anything that involves her dying and anything that might include strangling or suffocation (fatally or otherwise). Anything else is pretty open to discussion.

Other: I do want to canon update Ibuki at some point but still deciding on when to make that happen so I can easily work it around (or even into) other plots!

Looking For: Conan needs more friends. He needs kid friends, and he needs more adults to talk to. I would love to get him some responsible adult friends (right now all his friends know who he really is, and hes pretty much running around without any adult supervision at all). Also would love to get him to talk more to detective types, and always looking for more trouble to get him into. Hell no: No plots where he gets killed. I'm okay with injuries and being hospitalized. (That's fairly in line with his canon).

Character Name: Will Stanton
Looking For: Friends, mostly. Will hasn't met many people so far. He's coming back from his canon update this weekend, so once he's back (with full knowledge of his magic and who he really is), I want to get him started talking to all the magic characters. Especially if theres anyone Arthurian here.

Hah, Ted has points of contacts with all three of Danny's weirdness. He's iffy about ghosts (keeps Gengar as a pet), but he likes doing superhero stuff, especially in Everglade. As for figuring out the secret...I mean, if their voices are the same...[Unless we're doing trope-enforced blanking out]

Ted is, strictly, speaking, an adult. He also runs up against walls in criminal enforcement when they get too crafty to find. Prefers to just skip to the part where he beats them up and hauls them off. Smithy will also be running wild on Genessia, if the logistics of his operation interest him.

For Will, Ted's certainly interested in Arthurian stuff, though he's probably too young (lol) for proper friendship, at least until/if Ted learns more about him.

Looking For: Clients and patients -- with OOC communication because I'm not Drake and can't pick up on things like he can. He's a master at reading body language, tone, intent... on top of that, he's an Empath, so he reads actual emotions. He's a therapist of every stripe you can think of, and a Healer, as well as a trained surgeon.

Helllll Nah: (goes for all my alts) I prefer to avoid killing my characters unless it's part of a discussed plot. I like combat RP, but I have to know the other player won't turn it into a pissing match (most of my characters are not pushovers, even my pacifistic non-combatant Amberdrake has a trick or three up his sleeve for when people get violent with him). So as a general rule I prefer to have RP'd with someone a bunch before doing combat, and like to know who's winning in advance (my friends and I often use online dice rolls for this, after discussing the odds for each, unless it's going to be a floor-wipe).

Looking For: Zeref would want to hear about different forms of magic from different worlds. He's particularly interested in magic that has to do with souls, or immortality; particularly, killing an immortal. Right now, he is teaching Mavis how to control her Curse better. She has the same Curse he does. And really, he's just happy to be able to spend time with her again.
Hell no: Zeref is extremely hesitant to get close to anybody, and he seldom shares any personal information about himself. I'm not opposed to having his mind read, but be warned that he won't like it. He also tends to keep to himself and not go out in public places; this is due to his curse, which makes simply being near him dangerous.

Looking For: Clow, being who he is, takes a very hands-off approach to everything. He usually doesn't interfere with anything on principle, given his views on fate. That said, if anyone wants to visit the Mysterious Wish Shop, he'll read characters' fortunes. Just be careful: There's no guarantee your character will like what he has to say.
Hell no: I'm pretty open-minded here, but Clow will strongly resist any attempt to get involved in anything that will involve fighting. He may be one of the most powerful sorcerers who has ever lived in his world, but that doesn't mean he enjoys using them for combat.

► Ayame's life before Genessia has been nothing but war, living mission after mission. So she'd been kind of emotionally exhausted. So I'm looking for not only others who can relate to that, but also people who can help her acclimate or transition to civilian life. So any slice-of-life scenarios, would be something she'd appreciate having a friend/acquaintance in doing with.
► Ayame's tailor shop "Atelier Iris" is now open for business. It specializes in bespoke formal wear, but if any of your characters want some specialized clothing (i.e. costumes made of special material), she can definitely try and make something or repair existing ones. She gets her supplies from the Dubai subarchway, which is a futuristic version of the city. Advanced synthetic fibers are only an arms reach for her in here, and who doesn't want a bulletproof hoodie you can wear everyday? But really, anyone she can design and make clothes for are people she'd love to meet.
► Drunken shenanigans. Ayame is composed and refined when she's sober, but once she's really plastered, she's like a completely different person. May involve some petty crime that could land them in jail for the night. Open to discussion!
► Mentor-student relationships. Ayame has the traits of your typical "big sister" or "mom friend", and is always willing to help with the small stuff. So she can be a mentor figure to any budding martial artist/swordsman or healer, or just be acquainted and possibly befriend others who practice combat and/or healing arts as fellow "masters". Her sword is often concealed as an umbrella, so it's not easy to tell she's a swordsman.
► I'm not opposed to shipping. Just keep in mind she only likes the ladies when it comes to the naughty stuff, but dating guys is still within the realm of possibility.
► There's some interesting subarchways that Ayame would love to visit. Anyone who wants to travel or go on mini-vacations with would be grand. If you have a character that owns a subarchway that you want or not want visited, let me know.

► I'd pass on death or having Ayame fight someone unless it's part of a plot and/or planned beforehand. Not only is Ayame really powerful and tricky to write in combat scenarios with, she would rather avoid any fighting in the first place. Practice and sparring matches can be done, but she'll be hesitant and would only comply if there's a good reason.

She needs more world exposure in general to be honest...

I would also love to see more outright negative CR with her, as it actually seems to be pretty hard to get with her. People who get on her nerves for the fun of it would be great, though I'm hesitant to put that under negative CR but hey that works as well! If she uses the above icon with you a lot, you're probably doing this correctly.

Lastly, I would not mind more people flirting with her. This is more a guilty pleasure than anything, I don't want to seek a ship straight away (muses need chemistry for that route) but if there are people who are interested please talk to me about it?

Hell no: Please no death, grievous harm, or anything traumatic on either side without plotting it out beforehand. I love spontaneity but the line does need to be drawn somewhere. I do not mind these things if they are discussed beforehand however so there are no surprises for the players.
