Character Name: Oswald ~~Cobblepocket~~ Cobblepot

About Them: Mayor of Everglade and not nearly as honest and well intentioned as he wants you to think he is. Probably is only pretending to like you. Always scheming and looking for opportunities to gain power and status. Would kill a man for his sandwich. Emotional to a fault. A gay mess™ for Ed Nygma and loves and misses his not legally adopted but basically adopted son Martin very much.

What They've Been Up to: He canon updated a month or so ago, so he's back from a long absence and trying to keep things in order and his position secure after all the chaos that's been going on in Everglade lately. Ironing out a ton of emotional issues.

Looking For: Friends. Enemies. Frenemies. There aren't many people he feels strongly about one way or another so I'd love for him to actually have some people he really hates or really likes. Someone to scheme with. Someone to manipulate. Someone to scheme against him? Someone to manipulate him? Oswald has a huge emotional spectrum and I feel like I haven't gotten to utilize to its full potential yet, so I'm all in for good OR bad CR.

Hell no: I won't say no to much? Try me and we'll see! A big no is like... petty drama? Canon has enough of that shit.

Well, he's mostly a boy who's a very sore loser so he often resorts to cheating to get ahead. He's the type who's like "Is only cheating if you get caught, mate!" and he also has a bit of an ego and thinks most people are beneath him (protip: they aren't).

All in all, if it means he's coming out of a situation as the winner, he's down for all sorts of underhanded tactics. Not sure what Oswald is up to in Genessia, in the regard of tricking folks, but if he needs a sidekick that will rarely question his morals on that, Haga is here lol

at this point in time he's mostly trying to reinstate his credibility as mayor. anything that can be cooked up to get him good press is always a goal so i'm sure they could come up with some kind of situation to get the ball rolling there.

i guess the first step would be to get them to interact and see what happens from there~ we can do ic inbox stuff if you can think of a reason they might contact each other or just do a regular network post and have the other respond. up to you!

Hm... OK, credibility. Haga is kinda terrible at that type of stuff because all his plans to gain credibility actually made him lose it, so you know he's the guy for the job lol

But, at the same time, if Oswald is trying to appear better in the eyes of folks, Haga will probably sympathize a little because, hey, been there too! And even if he says he doesn't care, he does XD

Now I'm trying to think about how they could interact... I think a more regular thing would be good for starters, maybe? :3

A horrible doll with okay(?) intentions who is also not completely honest and isn't super attached to anyone and doesn't particularly pretend to be? Who isn't exactly easy to manipulate but will likely go along with your shit anyway unless he doesn't feel like it? Who might sigh but would not frown on someone for killing a man for a sandwich?

i can certainly see potential between them! robert seems like a good balance of someone who will follow him but not too loyally, which is usually how it goes for him lmao. the foundation is a great way to get initial contact going with them too. you could always hit up oswald's ic inbox for that if you wanted~

Robert could certainly use something to do, he seems to like going along with things rather than being super self-motivated so he'd be super cool following along with Oswald. I'll definitely hit up the IC inbox later today, I'm lookin forward to it!!

Character Name: John Egbert

About Them: A pretty good nerd boy who loves things like friendship, pranks, the film Con Air, and adventure. Before life got flipped turned upside down, he spent most of his time chatting online with his pals. He still spends a lot of time chatting with his pals, but now there's guys to fight and things to build and he gets to be the guy who does the windy thing! Secretly he hates himself and he's kinda depressed but shhh, there's no time for that.

What They've Been Up to: John is a newbie in Genessia, so he's still discovering stuff and catching up with HIS GOOD PAL AND BEST FRIEND DAVE STRIDER.

Looking For: Friendsssssss. John is by far the most social character I've got so he's willing to talk to just about anyone at least once. He needs pals to introduce his dumb movies to, buddies to go exploring with, chums that are from cool places they can tell him about... whatever! Some people to pester him would be just lovely as well. Some of John's funniest moments come from when he's annoyed, after all. SPAM his IC inbox,, just spam it...!!!

Hell no: John is my only character that might look shippable from the outside but he really isn't so none of that please!

Character Name: Jefferson the NOT MAD IN THE SLIGHTEST hatter

About Them: Jefferson is the kind of guy that will, for the most part, keep to himself. He's traveled far and seen a lot, and quite frankly had enough of that shit. He doesn't have much faith in other people and tends to avoid them all together unless they display some sort of uniqueness about them. He himself is quite the eccentric and has more than a few quirky habits. Unexpectedly he's quite the fatherly type, so once he cares about you he's extremely loyal. He has a little girl back home who he adores and misses every single day.

What They've Been Up to: Quietly working at his hat shop and hanging out with his number one son Dave, mostly.

Looking For: Gosh, anything. Someone with common interests? Fashion, sewing, tea, h a t s, games of all sorts, etc. Anyone who has quick wit and is prone to banter is likely to get along great with him. He also desperately needs people to push him out of his comfort zone and be a bit more sociable. I'd love for him to meet more people around his age as most of his friendships have been with kiddos.

Hell no: No shipping, he only has love for his dead af wife. Preferably no getting his head cut off for a third time.
